The Huskies
The most wanted activity in Harriniva is to drive a husky sledge! Imagine yourself in the heart of a snowy forest, surrounded by silence and crisp winter air. This 2–3-hour husky safari offers an unforgettable experience where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and the energy of the huskies. After a brief introduction to the route and safety instructions, you harness the huskies and set off on your adventure. The huskies are eager and ready to take you through snowy trails and forests. The route takes you through beautiful landscapes, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the winter nature.
The Reindeer
Spend time at a traditional reindeer farm in the small village of Torassieppi. Here you have a chance to get
a glimpse of the life in earlier days when visiting a 100-year-old, unique Lappish farmhouse and a reindeer museum. Learn about reindeer husbandry and to throw suopunki, the Lappish lasso. The experience is not complete without the reindeer sleigh ride – test your driving skills on a reindeer tour through the forest.
Start Your Snowmobile Engines – Twice!
Explore the frozen wilderness of Lapland on a snowmobile safari! The thrilling snowmobiling tour takesyou to beautiful snowy sceneries, across frosty forests and frozen lakes. During 6 and 7-night stays you will have two snowmobile experiences – one during the daytime and the other in the evening to hunt for the mystical Northern Lights! For the 5-night stays, the snowmobile tour is on daytime.
Snowshoeing in national park
Visit the Pallas National Park, the largest fell area in western Lapland, and breathe in the purest air in the world. Hike higher up the fell and experience the most beautiful views and the vastness of the fell landscapes around you.

Lapland Relax in The Arctic Sauna World
Finland and Sauna = inseparable combination! But what makes the Finnish sauna The Finnish Sauna and how it differs for other saunas. How to behave in sauna and what is the best way to dip into the ice-cold lake. Our introduced sauna tour takes you through the history of Finnish saunas and introduces you to different sauna types in the Arctic Sauna World. After the tour you can recognize the different behaviour expectations if having sauna in a public or in someone’s home.
