Booking terms & conditions

For individual clients of Harriniva Adventure Resort, Jeris Lakeside Resort, and Torassieppi Eco Reindeer Resort

Please note, that booking & cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking channel.

Booking from Harriniva Hotels & Safaris webstore online

100% payment upon making the booking. If the reservation is cancelled, below cancellation terms will be applied. In case of a no-show, 100% will be charged.

Cancellations:

Bookings for the period 12.6.-31.10.2023 and 13.6.-31.10.2024 

Cancellation is free of charge when done one (1) day prior to arrival.

Bookings for the period 1.11.2023-14.4.2024

  • If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, 50€ cancellation fee will be applied.
  • If cancelled 59-30 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 30% of the total, confirmed booking amount.
  • If cancelled 29-15 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 50% of the total, confirmed booking amount.
  • If cancelled 14-8 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 80% of the total, confirmed booking amount
  • If cancelled 7 or less prior to arrival, cancellation fee is 100% of the total, confirmed booking amount

These terms are applicable for online bookings made through Harriniva Hotels & Safaris Website. When using a third-party booking channel, please check the applied terms from the channel.

Bookings via email or telephone with sales office or Resorts Reception

Hotel room and cabin bookings for the period 12.6.-31.10.2023 ja 13.6.-31.10.2024 

Booking is confirmed with credit card and paid upon arrival. If the client doesn’t have a credit card, a payment link will be sent per email and booking can be paid by online banking or with a debit card. If client cancels the booking, the below cancellation terms will be applied.

Cancellations: Booking can be cancelled free of charge one (1) days prior to arrival.

Bookings for Winter Season 2023-2024 (1.11.2023 – 14.4.2024)

Prepayment (30% of the total value of the booking) must be paid within two (2) weeks after the booking has been confirmed. Rest payment is due four (4) weeks prior to arrival. Reservation can be paid by using a payment link which Harriniva Hotels & Safaris sales office will send client. Most common credit and debit cards and via online banking.

Cancellations:

These terms are applicable when booking directly via Harriniva Hotels & Safaris sales team.

Service provider’s right to cancel the reservation

  • In case of force majeure Harriniva Ltd has the right to cancel the reservation. In this case the client has a right to be refunded in full.
  • The reservation can be cancelled without a notification to the client if payments or deadlines are not met.
  • If the accommodation has to be cut short due to unwelcome behaviour, the refund does not apply.
  • Harriniva Hotels & Safaris holds the right for changes in timetables and the order of the programs. All programs can also be varied or cancelled due to the weather or other safety reasons.

About the online shop

E-commerce products are sold by Harriniva Ltd (business ID 0511442-9). All prices include VAT. We reserve the right for price changes.

Booking

The customer makes the reservations on the web shop and pay the full amount immediately. Web shop booking are paid through Paytrail Plc. Customer is responsible to print a receipt, the product description and booking conditions. The reservation system will send a booking confirmation to the customer’s email address.

E-commerce prices may vary depending on the availability of capacity and time. Separate campaigns might have a different booking conditions which will be mentioned in the bid information. Prices may also differ, given from the sales office or at the reception.

Reservations can be made only by the persons over 18 years.

All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the reservation, as well as the products ordered. To receive the booking confirmation, the e-mail address has to be written when ordering the products.

Please note also the delivery times of the ordered products.

– Reference number

– Total amount of the invoice, VAT and other data

Payment services provider

Payment service provider and operator is Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Corporation is displayed payee’s account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail corporation has a payment institution license. In reclamations, we ask you to contact the product vendor.
