General Terms & Conditions

In order to guarantee the success of your visit in the best possible way, we require compliance with the following conditions and recommendations, unless otherwise agreed separately. These booking terms and conditions only apply to reservations made directly to Harriniva Adventure Resort, Jeris Lakeside Resort and Torassieppi Eco Reindeer Resort by phone, email or through the online store of our own website Harriniva.fi. You will receive a verbal and/or written confirmation of your reservation, in which any deviation from the general terms and conditions is confirmed. Reservations made through other reservation channels are subject to the terms and conditions of that reservation channel.

Payment of the reservation, cancellation and No-Show

The reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment, the amount of which is 100% of the total amount of the reservation. The payment is paid immediately when the reservation is made, with a separate invoice sent afterwards or with a payment link. The reservation is binding after the payment has been made, and after that the entire reservation fee is withheld as a cancellation fee. Changing the date of the reservation must be inquired about and agreed upon separately, and additional fees may be charged for the change. We recommend travel insurance to our customers for possible exceptional situations and cases.

The service provider’s right to cancel the reservation

In case of force majeure, Harriniva Oy can cancel the reservation. In this case, the customer has the right to get back the amount he paid to Harriniva Oy in full. If payments and payment deadlines are neglected, the reservation can be cancelled without a separate notification to the customer. If the reservation has to be interrupted due to disruptive behavior, payments will not be refunded. We reserve the right to make changes in schedules and programs. All programs may also have to be changed or cancelled due to weather or other safety reasons.
